Image Comics' horror series The Smasher returns for Altogether Good Things finale
Ne'er say never. After a biennial hiatus, the finale of Image Comics' horror series The Peach is along its direction from Jeremy Haun and Jason Hurley this Sep.
"You've all waited so with patience for this one. I'm immodest to finally get to announce the conclusion to my and Jason Hurley's long epic story about the lengths we attend ready to be 'beautiful,'" Haun writes in his newsletter. "The Beauty: All Good Things wraps up this series in precisely the way we always planned."
Saint Matthew Dow Metalworker is stepping in as guest creative person for The Looker: All Good Things, however Haun says he'll probably imbibe a portion of IT himself. Brett Weldele has signed on to color all 40 pages.
In similar intelligence, Haun is putting the final touches on a collection of his own comic book short stories unter the title Haunthology Volume 1. Haun plans it to have terminated 20 short horror stories all handwritten, drawn, and lettered by him alone in that.
"They're personal, but still musical style stories occupied with monsters and post-apocalyptic landscapes," Haun writes. "Haunthology is definitely horror, but in that respect's also moments of real emotion...and even whimsy. Right like real life."
Haun plans for Haunthology Volume 1 to be a 160-page, outsized deluxe hardback. It is scheduled to go along sale later this year, with a Kickstarter push to launch connected July 8.
"This project was my lifeline during COVID - my therapy," Haun writes. "I'm as proud of it atomic number 3 anything I've always done. I hope you'll join me connected the travel."
